SupportHow can I order a library?
On our website add the product you want to your Shopping Cart by clicking 'Add To Cart'. Now you have the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you choose 'proceed to checkout' you will be directed to our 5 step check out.

  • Step 1: Summary
    A summary of your order will be displayed. E.U. customers only: Keep in mind that this summery does not show VAT if you not signed in.

  • Step 2: Sign In
    If you are already registered enter your E-mail address and password. If you don't have an account enter a valid e-mail address and click 'create an account'.

    New account: Provide all the information that has a star (*) at the end (required).

    E.U. customers only: If you have a VAT number make sure you enter your company name first. The VAT box will only appear if you provide a company name. If you get an error 'VAT number service unavailable' make sure that you enter the VAT number without spaces and dot(s) in de correct format (WIKI VAT NUMBER FORMATS).

    Make sure you select the correct country from the drop down menu.

    After entering all the required information click on 'Register'. You will receive a confirmation at the e-mail address you entered.

  • Step 3: Address
    Select your address from the drop down menu. When you have only one address this address will display by default. You can always add a new address or edit the address.

  • Step 4: Shipping
    Because we sell digital products shipping options are not available.
  • Step 5: Payment
    This page shows you the summery of your order and the VAT if applicable (E.U. customers only that don't own a business with a valid VAT number). You have to select payment option and agree to our terms of service. Make sure you have read the terms of service and if you want you can download them.

After we successfully process your payment we will send you an confirmation e-mail. You will receive the download information within five (5) minutes after a successful transaction. Use your login or the link in the e-mail to download the product you ordered.

SupportI can't find or play the demo's and testimonials.
If you cannot listen to the demos and testimonials you probably have indicated that you do not want to accept third-party cookies. Go to 'Cookie Preferences' at the top or bottom of the website and enable 'Accept cookies from third parties' and click on 'Save Preferences'.

All prices on our web site are in EURO.


What types of payment do you accept?

  • PayPal: PayPal has many different payment options. PayPal also has an option to pay with your credit or debit card without opening a PayPal account.

  • Credit Card: All major credit cards are accepted.

  • Apple Pay: If you're using an Apple device you get the option to pay with Apple Pay (available in 32 counties).

  • Pay by bank transfer: If you choose this option you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. In the e-mail you will find all the information to pay the invoice via your local bank. As soon as we receive your payment you will receive an e-mail with the download information.

Additional payment options are available depending on your location:

  • The Netherlands: iDEAL, Klarna Pay Now and SOFORT Banking

  • Belgium: Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Belfius, Klarna Pay Now and SOFORT Banking

  • Germany: Giropay and SOFORT Banking

  • Austria: eps, Klarna Pay Now and SOFORT Banking

  • Poland: Przelewy24 and SOFORT Banking

  • Switzerland: SOFORT Banking

  • Italy: SOFORT Banking

  • Spain: SOFORT Banking

  • France: Cartes Bancaires

With all payment options except 'Pay by bank transfer' you will receive the invoice and download link(s) via e-mail after payment.

We do not store any payment information like credit card numbers. Our payment processors or your bank processes the payment.

SupportVAT in The Netherlands.
VAT (21%) will be added to all orders for customers from The Netherlands.

SupportVAT in the E.U. (European Union).
VAT will NOT be added to all orders in the E.U. (European Union) for customers with a valid VAT number. Make sure you provide your company name and the VAT number when you create the address in your account.

If you don't have a VAT number or you don't enter it when you create your account 21% VAT will be charged.

The VAT box will only appear when you provide a Company name in the address information. Also make sure you select the correct country.

SupportVAT outside the E.U. (European Union).
VAT will NOT be added to orders placed with addresses outside of the E.U. (European Union). You will receive the download information within five (5) minutes after a successful transaction with PayPal.

SupportSpecified invoice.
You will receive an invoice by e-mail and you can always download your invoice when you log into your account on our website.

SupportIs my payment secure?
Our website is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption, which protects transactions and confidential data in transmission. The connection between our payment processors and Sticky FX is also secured.

SupportIs my information private?
We do not share any information with parties other than our payment processors. Please see the PayPal website for their privacy policy.


I didn't receive my download information after my payment.
The download information is automatically sent to your e-mail address. If you didn't receive the e-mail, check the following:

- Your payment may not have been processed successfully. Check your PayPal/Direct Banking account to see the status of your payment.

- The e-mail may have been filtered as spam by your e-mail provider. Check your JUNK/SPAM folder.

- Try the 'Forgot my password' link to generate a new password resend the login information.

If these steps don’t solve your problem, please contact us via our Contact Form so we can correct this as soon as possible. Make sure you include your (PayPal) e-mail address.

You can also go to My Account and click on My Downloads, there you will find all your downloads for the products you've purchased.

SupportProblems downloading the product(s).
When you have problems downloading the product(s) like uncompleted downloads or corrupt zip files please try another browser. Make sure you save the file(s) to your computer.

You have only a limited number of tries to download the product(s). We can reset the counter for you if you run out of tries.

If you still have problems, don't worry, we can provide you with an different download link. Please contact us via our Contact Form or reply to the download mail you received from us.

SupportI lost my password.
Click the 'Forgot your password' and the reset password procedure will be e-mailed to you. If you still have problems, please contact us via our Contact Form. Make sure you include your e-mail address.

SupportIn what audio format is the product?
All effects are delivered in high-quality WAV 44,100 Hz, 16 bits, stereo.

SupportWhat is the download format of the product?
We use ZIP compression to reduce the size of the download.

SupportCan I get a track list?
Complete track listings are available on our site’s on each product page.

SupportCan I resell the products I purchased?
No, our products may only be used by the buyer (see our terms and conditions).

SupportIs the library market exclusive?
No, our products are not market exclusive.

SupportMay I make a backup?
Yes, you may back up the product you purchased one (1) time. The backup copy may only be used for backup purposes. See our terms and conditions for more details about backup copies.
